HOMEMAKER/ COMPANION SERVICES:
assistance with daily activities, no hands-on care

General housekeeping
Laundry and ironing
Shopping
Menu planning
Meal preparation

Redirecting client activities as needed


PERSONAL CARE SERVICES:
non-medical, hands-on assistance

Homemaker/Companion Services
Assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
Ambulation and transfer assistance
Incontinence care and assistance with toileting
Dementia care
Medication assistance (Client must be able to self-direct.)
Care Management Fee applies


COMPLEX CARE SERVICES:
multiple medical issues, behavioral issues, RN oversight

Medication assistance and administration
Diabetic monitoring
Oxygen use
Vital signs
Bed-bound care
Catheter and ostomy care
Non weight-bearing transfers
Coordination with healthcare providers
Care Management Fee applies
*Condition must be stable and predictable

Two-person care increases rates.  Holiday rates are 1.5 times the normal rate.
